Teaching and giving a voice to students around the DMV.

The Washington Script (TWS) is a Washington International School project that offers students an opportunity to publish articles and share their work and voice with the world.

In addition to providing an online platform for students’ journalistic work, TWS ensures that educational content is available to introduce them to all facets of journalism. 

Submissions are accepted from students in grades three through twelve. In order to be published, stories will generally need to follow the format provided under the “Learn” page (yet there’s always room for creativity!). 

TSW anticipates offering workshops in the DC area and may be coming to a school near you!
